Start with the note
you would take on site.

Write the work, hours and materials in your own words. The note helper picks out the amounts you supply. You check the detail before saving anything.

Try a fictional example, then open the example editor. Work saved there stays in this browser, separate from your account.

Who is Adendu for?

Independent contractors and small trade businesses who need clear records from the first estimate to the final invoice. Keep each extra with the right project, a clear price, photos and any added working days.

How does client approval work?

Save a draft in your Solo workspace and create a private approval link. Your client reviews the scope, price, photos and schedule, then enters their name and gives explicit consent. They do not need an account. Links expire after seven days and refer to one frozen version. The supplied name is not an independent identity check.

What does the $15 plan include?

Adendu Solo is exactly US$15 per month through PayPal. It includes clients, estimates, invoices, the cloud workspace, projects, photos, client approval links, revisions, PDFs and backups. Account shows checkout availability before any payment. Paid access starts after payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Use Account to cancel future renewals. You keep the remainder of your confirmed paid period, then retain access to read and export your records. Clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription.

Can I explore it before subscribing?

Yes. Open the example workspace without an account or payment. Its fictional records are labeled, and anything you save there stays in this browser. It is separate from your account and does not send approval links.

Does the note helper decide my price?

No. It reads the labor quantity, hourly rate, materials total and added days you state. It does not invent missing prices. Review every line and add other items in the editor.

What happens when approved work changes?

Create a linked revision with the updated scope and price. The approved original retains its details, while the revision starts as a separate draft for a new review.

How do I keep a copy of my work?

Download a PDF for each change order and export a JSON workspace backup from Settings. Backups include saved projects, changes, approvals and photos. Keep those files somewhere appropriate for the client information they contain.
